This has the benefit of supporting local businesses and still getting a taste of what they can offer. Review the meal and visit their website, then write a 2-3 page review. Your review should be written creatively and in the style of a critical restaurant reviewA creative title. Please don’t call it “my restaurant review”. Be creative! For example, “Say Bonjour to the Dazzling Au Revoir French Bistro for Fantastic French Dining”.A unique “star rating” of your own. You should create your own rating system—three out of four octopi, 2 forks up, etc…. have fun with it, just be clear what the rating means by using a key or legend or some kind. How do I know what 4 forks up means if there is no indication of what the min/max is, and what each level represents?Restaurant location—you’ll have to look this up and get creative. More than just an address—what part of town are they in? What’s the locale? What is the area like? What else is nearby? Use descriptive details.Overall impressions. When you first received your meal, what did you think? Did the original culture spring to mind? Did a certain smell hit your nose? IF you prepare this meal at home, instead, discuss the cooking process, and how it went for you. Did anyone else get to try your meal, and if so, what did they think?Menu. Broadly outline the options of their OVERALL menu—including the things you didn’t try. What kinds of things were available? Do the flavor principles in the menu match what you find in your textbook?Décor. Benchmark - Data Collection  The purpose of this assignment is to conduct internal and external research to determine viable solutions that could be implemented to solve an identified problem. For this assignment, you will create an Excel spreadsheet that summarizes the data collection you have completed. The spreadsheet should indicate the date on which particular data were collected, the source of the data collected, the type of data (qualitative or quantitative), and a one- or two-sentence summary of the data findings. Please note that as part of the research process, taking the initiative to speak with management and then requesting and reviewing business metrics and operations reports will allow you to find the data you need for the project while also showing your employer that you can be proactive and use critical thinking to solve problems within the organization. Your goal in conducting this research is to find practical examples and measurable data related to how other companies, and related industries, have resolved the same problem or one very similar to it. Submit the data collection Excel spreadsheet and the three data summary charts/graphs you have created from the research conducted to your instructor. The three charts/graphs you create will be used again in your Business Proposal Presentation in Topic 7, as well as within the Final Business Proposal you will submit in Topic 8. Evidence of revision from instructor feedback will be assessed on the final business proposal.
