direction to an organization by expressing what the organization wishes to achieve. All the changes an
organization undertakes should be in line with its vision. It’s an indicator for all the people who need to
understand what the company does and where they intend to be in future. It sets the tone for any new
changes and the parameters for the change. It describes the means of achieving the core existence of an
organization .It’s an inspirational and motivating tool in an organization. It cultivates the importance for
the people who are in an organization.

All leaders should have the capacity to generate a convincing vision that drives the organization towards

General Electric and it inspired many on the possibilities of what human beings can achieve once they
work towards their vision.
