Question
How might the audience’s attitude affect the amount of audience interaction
during or after a presentation? Explain your answer.
Answer
Interaction is very important in audience to communicate with your audience in the
good way and the attitude with which you deliver your message is very important.
Only the best approach can transfer content from sender to receiver. The tone of
your voice, your face expression, and your body language and gesture convey
more than what you say.
For example, if you speak in a strict and harsh manner, this attitude clearly
conveys a negative message. On the other hand, if you speak politely and
cheerfully, your audience will be more interested and want to incorporate that
message into their daily lives.
During a discussion, eye contact gives a clear overview of the audience, indicating
whether or not they are able to pay attention and want to decode the context. When
you permit your listener to ask questions and make yourself available to your
audience at the end of the presentation, you and your audience will know how well
the message was conveyed. So, only best approach and simultaneously interaction
makes the presentation effective.
