1. Introduction
The Olympic Games brings together many nations into a single game, and it is the place
where each competitor must comply with strict criteria and perform equally. The Olympics
designed to bring countries into one game. That says the promotion of diversity and
multiculturalism is one of the many sound effects of the Olympics. Despite that, the negative
impacts of the Olympics are also increasing. Of instance, in the Olympic divisions, there are and
have been numerous crimes, including judges, athletes, bribing, and that list continues.
Innumerable news reports, such as between a judge and a competing party, have attempted to shed
light on corruption. Corruptions are caused by the desire to win medals for their country in order
to increase their nations' pride and patriotism. The Olympics are often quite severely criticized for
the fact that it is not a global rivalry, but rather a self-encouraging war between influential and
affluent countries.
2. Impacts of Hosting Olympic Games
To make it more attractive to the host countries of the Olympic Games, governments spend
big money in constructing Olympic arenas. Mateus Braga, one of the residents of Rio, Brazil,
called the Rio Olympics in particular "a total con job." The Olympics was planned for foreign
nationals to "go and enjoy it all, while Brazilians do not spend on education, health or sanitation,
as a result of government spending." Approximately 10-12 billion dollars spent on the Olympics
in Brazil.
2.1. Rio Olympic Games
Brazil is well known by the division of the lower and the higher economic classes. The
Olympics in Rio are already taking place, and the least we can now do is to be mindful of the
negative impacts of noisy cheering and laughter side by side. Another Vidigal resident complained
that 'the price of everything has gone up.' For example, the accommodation, rents, food and
everything you can think of is rising when the excitement of tourism and the Olympics is cheaper.
The organization's focus is on distributing 40% of its revenues to an NGO sponsored for group
English lessons, ballet classes, and sustainability workshops; however, it is also more requested

by tourist companies such as Favela Experience tourism. Therefore we must implement other ways
of reducing the differences as much as possible while avoiding the Olympic Games and having
positive social results.
2.2. Negative Impacts
The prestige of the Olympics is not only cultural, but also in the event of downfall and
significant danger. The host country thus has considerable significance in organizing the Olympic
Games. The host country or city is responsible for hosting the Olympic Games because of the great
risk because the host country has spent a great deal of money in the games, but they don't know
how many people attend the games. Therefore, if there are fewer tourists to the Games they lose
funds without a contingency plan. Olympic Games would also impact the city's residents for a
month or two. The city is filled with traffic, which is why many tourists disturb the everyday lives
of the residents. Besides, everything must be close to perfection in the country hosting the Olympic
Games, because the street needs to be clean and in good shape, the stadium needs to be tidy, hotels
need ample visitor reservations. It's about money. Everything. The visitors or tourists' money
however is not adequate to help waste. The government is also spending a significant amount of
money so that the city or nation can remain clean and visible at the Olympic Games. If there is
some question during the Olympics, money needs to be invested to address it.
3. Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Preparation
The Tokyo 2020 Games dedicated itself to making these Olympic games one of the most
environmentally sustainable to date. Many Olympic initiatives underpin this endeavour. Use of
strictly renewable energy to power the games, to the development of algae-based biofuel that may
make a prototype appearance. The use of recycled clothing to create uniforms for athletes is a
smaller but still significant project. The sporting corporation Asics is responsible for the official
Tokyo 2020 Olympic athletes' kit. They plan to obtain 30,000 clothing pieces for the creation of
uniforms. It will not be the uniforms for the competition itself, but for ceremonies of opening,
closing and awards at podium presentations. Another step is the selection of plastics and polyester
fabrics that can be incorporated into the clothing for athletes. Asics thinks two times that Japanese

people should feel more attached to sportsmen and women and seek to maintain the mission of
Tokyo 2020 to host a more eco-friendly event.
3.1. Events
Olympic Test Events The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Committee agreed some time ago that a
wide variety of test events will be organized, so that management, staff and volunteers would have
experience before the Summer Games. The incidents fell into two groups. The first is international
and domestic competitions, irrespective of the Olympic Games, which total 34 competitions and
are sponsored exclusively by members of the Olympic team. The other 22 Tokyo 2020 activities
are planned, and all under the name 'Ready, Steady, Tokyo' will be held. The World Sailing's
World Cup series started last September and will continue until May 2020. The full plan for which
events Tokyo 2020 is going to take place was recently released.
3.2. Medals
In order to produce Olympic medals based on strictly recycled products, the Japanese
people continued to donate metal to Tokyo in 2020. The "Tokyo 2020 Medal Project," to produce
a total of more than 5000 gold, silver and bronze medals, is well known. It is not the first game in
which recycled materials are used for Olympic and Paralympic medals, but the first in two ways.
It will be the first summer games when their goal of using 100 percent recycled materials. They
are also the only games that ask citizens directly to take part in the gift process. It seems like a lot
to ask, but people do not ask for their gems or antiques, they do not use gadgets they might no
longer use. Many electronic and electrical tools have limited amounts of precious metal to use.
Only in Japan is the donation project limited.
3.3. Prohibition of Adult products
This was not explicitly linked to the games, but it had been announced that the adult sales
in corner shops would be stopped before the Tokyo 2020 games. Of course, it is only for economic
and environmental reasons that sales of print pornography are stagnating, which makes sense.
Nonetheless, the added pressure to clean up Japan's reputation before the games is undoubtedly a

factor. Another initiative by the government to prepare for the Olympics is the prohibition of
smoking in restaurants, which is much more difficult to believe that the ban on smoking will bring
an end to selling nudie magazines, regardless of whether this is indeed a transition that will
eventually be thought for Tokyo 2020.
3.4. Technological Improvements
In Japan, the last Olympic Summer of Tokyo in 1964 saw a significant development in
technology. For example, the Tokyo Tower was just one project completed before the matches in
which the event broadcast on television sets across the country. Maybe the Shinkansen, which is
sometimes referred to in English speaking countries as a bullet train, was an even bigger invention.
The Shinkansen, with a maximum operating speed of 320 km / h, is the most common domestic
means of travel. The Shinkansen in Japan valued at 353 million a year. The 2020 Tokyo Games
could be a modern iteration of the Shinkansen, following the 1964 Summer Games and due to the
inevitable creation of more convenient transport modes. It is not a bullet train theoretically because
it just is a long train called the Maglev. It differs in that the levitating force generated by the
superconducting magnets is solely focused upon. It has an operating speed of approximately 505
km / h without any pressure on the wheels. There is hope that during the Summer Olympics,
visitors will take a demonstration from Kofu's new station. The actually planned opening is not
until 2027. This has not yet been confirmed.
4. Conclusion
Although all the problems can not be resolved after the Olympics, one potential solution
for alleviating some of the difficulties would be to create fixed IOC owned Olympic parks which
would accommodate any iteration of the Olympics. Therefore arenas and stadiums can be reused
through 4 years and can serve as training areas for aspiring athletes. The responsibility of
organizing the Olympics in an excellent and economical way is taken away by providing one
region for the summer games and one for the winter games. While the cosmopolitan environment
of the Olympics is absent from this approach, much of the financial stress and debt that we have
experienced in past years are eliminated.

However, as things now happen, both the short-term and the long-term, host cities are left worse
off than before. While the Olympics might be beautiful and entertaining, they are not a city's best
financial option.
