Introduction
This paper will entail a detailed description of a trolley-themed casual dining restaurant
with AI capabilities. An introduction will provide an overview of what the paper is about, a
methodology part of how the innovation works, challenges in the business, and commercially
viable solutions. Personal reflections will render my views on the project, things that I feel should
be changed, and the solutions to the available challenges. There will also be a detailed conclusion
that will sum up the project ideas.
Literature Review
The main challenge we anticipate facing as a company is competition. With the recognition
of the fact that more companies are going the tech way, we stand in a place where other restaurants
will take up similar ideas as ours to stay afloat. Already, there are several restaurants in the country
and beyond that have incorporated different innovations to keep customers and to make sales. This
is a common challenge that every business faces. The difference comes in the way different
companies deal with the competition challenge. Competition may either push a company for
growth or make it fail. We anticipate facing other challenges but competition remains the top
challenge in our business.
Methodology
A SWOT analysis will outline the issues we face as a company, the strength, weaknesses,
and opportunities.
Research Implications
In my view, considering the traditional methods of serving in hotels and restaurants,
humans are not as efficient as robotics. Where there is no robotic capability, the use of servers to
push the trollies is much more effective than having waiters and waitresses moving around the

restaurant at any one time. The servers in our restaurant are kept there to outline the names of the
dishes available to customers.
