Huntington, an influential American political scientist raises controversies on issues and
threats Hispanic Americans, Latinos and Anglos pose to the US.In his article ‘The Hispanic
Challenge’, Huntington grounds hisargumenton the diverse and highly elevatingHispanic and
Mexican immigration into the United States and the associatedjeopardy.Huntington predicts that
the Mexican dominated regions may end up being an economically self-reliant region with a
culture and language of its own.Huntington contends that in case the multiculturalism feature
brought about by the Latino or Hispanic immigrants is overlooked, U.S may turn to be a duo

participation from the MexicanAmericans noted as per the last fifteen years.
Thus the assertions that the Hispanics maintain their cultural institutions and language is
disapproved. The Hispanic immigrants have assimilated with the Americans and their culture is
gradually dissolving.Contentions that the Latinos engage in influencing the United Statesforeign

assertions should assist the Americans to focus on better connections with Hispanics.
