Communication forms a vital aspect in any organization. However, despite the
importance of the same, issues would always arise in the organization as a result of the same.
The first issue that arises in communication is the fact that not all of the employees get the vital
information that is passed across in the organization (Yusuf et al., 2004). There is always an
assumption that the information that is passed across reaches all the employees. For example,
there is the use of email as a channel of communication. Despite the recent developments in
technology, there are people still who do not use the recent forms of communication. For
example, not everybody uses email as a form of communication. In the event that email is used
to reach out to the employees, some fail to get the information because they lack the emailing
system. Secondly, there is the lack of consistent information not reaching the employees.
Different managers pass across conflicting information, making bringing about confusion for the
employee at work.
Communication will become less complex as time goes by. It is because, with time, many
of the people are starting to embrace the recent developments in technology. There has been a
considerable increase in the need by many of the employees to join the social networking sites.
Some of them have even gone ahead to open up an email account that can be used for
communication. In addition, most of the organizations currently are working on a way of having
an integrated system of communication. Because of the same, it would make it easier for the
each of the employees to have access to information that is passed across in the organization.
Additionally, communication will be less complex especially in the event that a proper line of
management is established. For example in the event that the organization has a proper form of
management, it is easier to avoid cases where there is miscommunication within the
