As our case study Is located in Setapak, before the project was started the consultant of the project have made a survey which he measures shall be implemented to provide all industrial areas with proper basic infrastructure, services and facilities including wider roads, improved loading and unloading facilities, better drainage systems, parking and public transport facilities, as well as suitable commercial enterprises, banking facilities, food courts and recreational areas.
