Some of the most important historical sources that gives the idea that human possess
inalienable rights include the story of the Creator. This dictates that every person has the right to
the law of nature and the nature of God. Everyone is entitled to the nature accept that every
human being is created equal and has equal rights to exercise the two natures without
compromise by other forms of law.
The other source is the declaration of Independence between 17

and 18
th
century and
lists all the human rights. It lists the undisputed right to life, as well as liberty and pursuit to
happiness. This creates the foundation of the American bill of Rights. The other source is the
Declaration of the Rights of Man and of Citizens that sought to stop the ignorance, neglect and
contempt of human rights, which are the major causes of the misfortunes and public uproar. The
source comes from the representative of the people from France from the National Assembly.
The United States declaration of Universal Human rights in 1948 was recognition of the
dignity and equal inalienable rights of all members of humankind. This is as the foundation of
dignity and of freedom, justice and peace across the whole world.
People from across the world have come together, brought their different cultures and
opinions to life and the rights. The sources have been useful over the years and they will
continue being useful even in the modern contemporary culture. The law and regulation created
today will always have their bases from these sources. The right to life, peace and freedom to
justice will not change with the changes in the contemporary society (Fish, 2008).
