The report is going to be looking on the role that is played by the health sector in the
development of any country’s economy. It will be looking on whether the health sector as any
says on the economic development o0f any particular nation. The health sector is a backbone of
very many activities in any country may they be economic or even political. In the report thus we
are going to look into details on the effects of the health sector to the development of any nation.
The health sector plays a very big part in the economy of any nation. The good health nation thus
means more manpower that can be used in the development of the economy. A nation with a
poor health sector is mostly associated with low economic development since most of its funds
are channeled to health matters.
The health sector is very important to the development of a nation’s economy due to a
number of factors. Some of these factors are discussed here showing the importance of it. The
health sector provides the bases of labor production of a nation. A healthy nation would mean
that there are more people who can offer labor needed to develop the economy. The health
sector also affects the education sector. Education is believed to play a major role in economic
development. Health thus affects it in that the children who are seeking are not able to attend the

investment done. Many people will spend lot of their income in hospitals rather than in
development. The health also as affected the lifespan of the people. Many nations with poor
health sectors as seen the life span of the people in the nation. Very many people in these nations
spend a lot of their money in fighting unending diseases. The life spans in these nations thus as
affected the development since the very many able people end up dying very early. It has also
affected very many families in the sense of demography such that unhealthy families tend to give
birth to more children. They do this so that they can compensate for the ones dying.
