Communication is the most important part of human’s life. A person cannot survive in
this world without communication. The system of communication is so old that no one can tell
the start of this era, maybe it can be said that start of the world was the start of communication.
As the population of world grows in number, people go far and far away from each other. It was
the time when people faced difficulties in communicating with each other. At that time some
means was invented and introduced to communicate like letters etc. As the world grows and
develops itself the old means of communication becomes obsolete. World was becoming fast and
those old means of communication was unable to match the speed of growth. At that time
Graham Bell invented the first telephone which somehow managed to catch up the speed of
world’s growth. As time passes the world grows more and business industries and socializing
become so important that telephone also become unfit for that era. This was the time when
mobile phones were introduced. It can be said that at that time mobile phone are said to be
walking telephones which a person can carry with him anywhere [MOHIT AGARWAL (2013)].
They were very large in size and were very difficult to handle. These mobile phones have only a
function of making and receiving calls and nothing else. These calls were so expensive that an
average income person was unable to afford mobile phones only rich ones have mobile phones
but the use was limited due to cost. As socializing increases and it when it also went into
business sectors then all the minds behind communication technologies joined head together and
that was the time when NOKIA introduced its first mobile phone which was smarter in size as
compared to old ones. It also had other facilities like SMS (short messaging service) and other
features like games, clock, stopwatch, contact book. This mobile was the first start to today’s
mobile phone. After that NOKIA progress day and night and introduced their new phones with
