A description of your change strategy

The changes strategy to implement is the availability of accelerated Reader books in the library.

This issue tackles the library implementation in regards to establishment wherein enabling the

ELLs learning among other programs within education Grades. This change needs the students to

read the book which accelerates to a variety checkout in library books. Certainly, there have to

be a high interest, the level books, for the struggling readers and ultimately for more limited than

one grade level books. The strategy change aims on bringing a change in the library’s learning

and the selection of different studies.

An explanation of your “small win”

My small win is targeting the increase the sales at the book fair within the library. The small win

aims on enabling the student get an access to the conference so as to purchase the better books

for their learning. This small win attributes to a fair sell of more books in the conference thus

enabling on the second book fair. Small win also targets the most ever library’s exciting book

hence improving the ISOP module in learning.

Benefits of the win

The benefits of win includes improving the student’s learning and especially in grammar,

establishing student’s confidence in their early learning, preparing the students for adult learning

and engaging them closely to library’s book selection, right opportunities and motivation.

Shared value for all stakeholders

The small win addresses the sharing of value for the stakeholder in regards to gaining funding for

the appropriate books, also within the library benefits towards all stakeholders. There are also the
