HR and Organizational Development Paper
Human resource management deals with procuring, developing, compensating, integrating,
maintaining and retaining the employees. Organizational development deals with brining change
in the organization. HR and OD specialists can work together to uplift the organization in its

transformational role, OD will facilitate HR professionals to support the transformation, works
on an organizational design, delivers learning for growth interventions, upkeep clients in key
change and organization scheme projects, analyze and mend the complete health of the

HR managers are concerned with confirming that the business is appropriately staffed,
and able to bring in the human resources when needed. This involves forming the organizational
structures and recognizing under what kind of contract diverse employees will work. The correct
people are employed and developed. (Stacey R., n.d.). HR managers fulfills the job market to
confirm only the best and brilliant employees are hired to meet the company aims and objectives
like profitability. Once the necessary workforce is placed, HR managers make sure that
employees are well inspired and devoted so as to make the most of their performance. With the
help of various motivational methods such as promotion, and benefits such as business cab, HR
managers can increase a distinct employee's performance. (Stacey R., n.d.). They also give
training employees and negotiate for better performance with trade union. HR managers also
helps delinquent workers if their output is not satisfactory. HR managers hires and develop
people with the required leadership skills to increase the change process. They also communicate
employees of arising changes and guide them to adjust accordingly. (Stacey R., n.d.)
