Introduction

As a staff in the consultancy department of ABC Bank, I have to create a plan that will

guide a consulting project. In the case study, it is evident that ABC Bank is striving with ethical

and leadership issues. The plan aims at solving the problems of the firm, and after the valuation

of the sample, consultation contract; some corrections will be made. The significant change will

be the organizational objective by introducing a learning objective and altering the result

statement. The commitment and overview of the contract will be reviewed before proceeding

with the contract. A trusting relationship can be established with ABC Bank through introducing

new practices such as commitment and positive relationship with clients.

Analyze the sample consulting contract

A sample contract that was developed is meant to improve the performance of the

organization. As an ABC Bank consultant, I have reviewed the contract and noted errors and

issues that require adjustment. First, there is the need to change the organizational objective

whereby the company changes its values, structure, and beliefs to adapt to changes in the future.

ABC Bank has the vision to be a workplace that encompasses respect, teamwork, diversity, and

dedication. A firm’s objective should include a vision statement. In this case, the executive

leadership can promote an environment that fosters respect, diversity, teamwork, and dedication.

The use of organization vision as an objective will give the employees a direction, purpose, and

motivate them.

Secondly, another learning objective will be necessary. This is the knowledge that those

who are training should learn from the program. The objectives should encompass a leadership

development program that entails diversity, ethics, and teamwork. ABC Bank’s goal is to
