CHINA'S ECONOMIC GROWTH SOURCES AND INFLUENCES 2
China's Economic Growth Sources and Influences
China is one of the fastest-growing economies in the 21st century. Being the world’s
most populous country, the economic growth rate has matched this population growth rate
making it the second-largest economy by nominal GDP. By 2050 it is expected that China will
be the world most dominant supplier of manufactured goods. Additionally, by the end of 2019,
the economy of China is expected to have a 6.3% growth despite the uncertainties surrounding
the economy due to the trade tensions with the United States of America (Statistics China, 2019).
