your role is to communicate potential personnel change initiatives. Using the
communication strategies found in the text, what actions will you take to format the
conversation with employees regarding the restructuring process?

discussing your perception of the communication strategies chosen.
Over the past decade, individuals, frameworks and nature have advanced. Change is the
main factor that is consistent in this perpetually evolving world. From the physical properties of
people, up to nature, change is exceptionally clear. Much the same as nature and individuals,
organizations additionally experiences changes at various levels; it can be either massive, i.e.
restructuring or minimal, i.e. changes in certain rules and regulations or in the operations of a
single department only (Caldwell, 1993). Therefore, the top management of an organization has
to make some serious decisions regarding incorporation of changes in the existing organizational
structure. Most of the employees show resistance towards the change process because they are
afraid of the negative impacts and circumstances that the proposed change can bring into their
lives and professional careers (Dutta, 2015).
However, their fare is quite justifiable because most of the time restructuring of an
organization requires downsizing and transfer of employees from one operational unit to another,
but it is the responsibility of the management to overcome this resistance. Management can
