Article Review Organizational Behavior
Organizational behavior is the examination of the behavioral patterns of the people in the
work environment that is created by the organization and how these interact with the roles that
the human resources perform. It is an essential concept for understanding the methods for
improving the productivity of the employees through changes to the structures and systems that
are needed to complete the activities that generate the expected corporate result. Therefore, the
review of the article titled leadership for the new age by Professor Anuradha revealed the
premises that informed the discussions on the needed for sensitivity to group identities, and the
author's description of organizational behavior, its importance, and the existence of some of the
business concepts taught in the course.

The need for the leaders of contemporary organizations to improve their sensitivity to
group identities is the premise that informed this article because of its significance to leading
their teams to success. Anuradha (2016) referred to this skill as social competence and one that is
needed by leaders to match the fast-paced environments that companies operate in and acquire
new global knowledge that helps them appreciate the perspectives of their follower. The scholar
further added that leader sensitivity to group identities is crucial because it would enable them
not just to create a shared vision that inspires their followers but one that strengthens the
organizational structures that are used for delivering performance targets. Also, the need for
leaders to attain the right productive levels can be accomplished when they are willing to accept
the diverse value systems of their groups since the followers' perception of their attitude is
