One of my colleagues asked how my business keeps the co-operation of their employees, from using motivational techniques. I have selected 5 topics that i will be giving an explanation to. I want to answer that down below. Employee and employer rights All people that work in a business if it is for themselves or even for a boss everybody has some rights that make working a lot easier and fair. For example: you have the right to be paid exactly what you worked for. employees also expect to be safe, to be valued and the right to end their contract. (Source 1) Union membership Union Membership are giving strength in numbers. All employees benefit from unions, because unions give regularity in their pay and workplace protections.
