Born in San Francisco, Steve Jobs was a co-founder of Apple in 1976 with the help of
Wozniak. With this invention, he gained fame and wealth after the sell of Apple II, which was
one of the first highly successful mass-produced personal computers. Jobs is seen as an idealized
influence as he served as the face of Apple company with the introduction of Macintosh in 1984,
the first mass-produced computer with the graphical user interface. Similarly, Jeff Bezos, an
American technology entrepreneur, investor as well as a philanthropist, is the founder, CEO, and
the president of the most successful online marketing platform in the world, Amazon. Bezos
demonstrates the ability to be a positive role model for his followers, especially in the current
advancing technology. For example, apart from having the world's largest internet company, he
also added the most significant AI assistance and cloud infrastructure in the globe.
After the successful sale in Apple, Jobs left the firm in 1985 due to power struggle with
the company’s board and its CEO then, John Sculley. Steve Jobs displayed intellectual
stimulation in the current situation after stepping aside and started founding innovations such as
NeXT, a computer platform development company that specialized in computers of higher-
education and business markets. By doing so, he challenged his followers to be creative and
think outside the box. Also, Bezos shows the same intellectual stimulation by displaying adept
use of unconventional behavior as he added to his business interest after he founded the
aerospace manufacturer and sub-orbited spaceflight services company Blue Origin in 2000.
Bezos is an inspirational motivator as he posses the ability to inspire and motivate
followers to perform at high levels. This is evident at the beginning of his venture after he
accepted an estimate of $300000 investment from his parents, even though he was warned by
numerous investors that there was a seventy percent chance that Amazon will run bankrupt or
