Today, the involvement of internet has been playing a dominant role in our daily lives
and it has become as a burning topic of research that how the use of internet is creating its impact
on the public policy related to different spheres of life. The advent of Internet technology has
opened new horizons of connectivity for the people of world since last two decades. The internet
provides such a platform where people can interact with each other from different social groups
and communities in order to discuss over business, technology, fashion and virtually everything
that perfectly match to their desires or interests. They can get public opinion via social groups
formed.

The internet is acting like a key source for providing a path where public formulate their
opinion by creating social groups on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn etc.

politics, technology, business, environment or religious. These days, internet has been
recognizing its popularity as a place of virtual public opinion among its worldwide users, who

in different social activities. Internet has been used in order to shape online opinion of the
