revenue generation from world class hotel services. More so, the giant hotel industry investor has
a wide range of services such as luxurious hotel services, travelling hotel services and moderate
priced hotel services among others. As such, the organization is built on the founder’s philosophy

South Africa. Its strategic plan is to continue forming strategic alliances to mitigate risks incurred
in entering new markets such as political stability, rules and regulations, and cultural differences
