Introduction
Most trending news is obtained from various social media sites. However, the most used
and engaged social media site is Facebook, where followers visit the CNN site on Facebook.
CNN's social media site is the most exciting site with engagements from the top publishers. The
site presents the most popular and trending articles which increase interactions within site.
On the other hand, twitter feed users sue the site heavily to spread trending or to break the news
the fastest. There has been an evolution of social media news sources whereby Twitter is used as
a primary source of news. Also, the Reddit site has been used by numerous users as a critical
source of updated news. The report is posted by the Reddit users or other outside sources that
share or post a link on the Reddit site.
Several social media practices observed.
Several social media practices are commonly practiced in some of the popularly known
and used sites such as Facebook sites, Twitter, and Reddit. One of the social media practices
observed is that posts on these sites are kept short and simple. Posts are made more concise and
straightforward to increase the engagements by users, whereby the job is brief and direct. Also,
what gets the most interaction within these sites is the use of a link. This practice is common and
one of the bets to improve user interactions and responses. To drive traffic of user engagement in
such sites, links are another tactic that leaves followers wanting more. However, the links must
work in that they are relevant and match the context of the briefed post issue (Lewis, Goranson,
and Kastriba, 2019). Another observation in social practices is that images provide more clicks
that entice users to increase interaction. Posts on Facebook, Twitter, or Reddit that have an
engaging photo are likely to grab the attention of the followers. Therefore, images or visuals
