Obesity is a health topic which is now a growing epidemic worldwide. It is affecting everybody
ranging from children to fully grown adults. Major causes of obesity are diet and lifestyle. In the
recent past, people have been encouraged to live healthy lifestyles. This problem is now a major
cause of diseases like diabetes and health risks like death. People have been encouraged to count
the calories they take in and exercise regularly. All individuals should work together to solve this
epidemic.

The number of obese persons has been in the rise in the recent past. This has now become an
alarming health epidemic globally. It is affecting everybody from children to adults. This
problem is attributed to poor diets, genes, and lack of exercise. There are various consequences
that are associated with this health condition. They are diseases and health risks. This problem
can however be reduced. People are encouraged to healthy food, watch their calorie content, and
also exercise regularly. People are afraid of diseases and death. If they all work together and help
each other fight this epidemic, the environment is going to be healthy with fewer cases of
diseases and health risks.
