Coca Cola is an international companies operating across the globe and having thousands
of employees working for the prosperity of as well as growth of it. Despite of hiving the
international operation, Coca is seen as most diversified organization with its diversified
workforces in various regions of the world. Yes it has maintained its standards and policies in
making the selection and recruiting of people when some vacant positions are created. With the
competition in the environment, employees turnover is a common thing and management of Coca
cola formulates a comprehensive course of actions plan about the recruiting the people at
workplaces. So it has adopted some strict measures when there is shortage of workforces at
workplaces and immediate actions plan in adopted to fill the vacant position. For example, in
Pakistan, we see that vacant positions are filled through the gathered data of applicants who apply
for the various post and HR experts screen out the applicants and call the for the interview after
matching the job requirement with the requirement of applicants’ profiles.
Analysis of the strategic human resource process
Process of HRM:
HR planning is done in order to increase recruitment process that help organization like
Coca Cola to recruit the best pools of candidates into operations. Follwing key elements are used
in the recruitment process which fosters the rapid process of inducting employees into business
operation.
