whom you are passing message to. You have to understand if the audience are, for example either

that your clients will understand your words and message fully and definitely they will
appreciate your patience and willingness to walk with them through each step.
3. Preparation; Earlier preparedness is a key to staying one step ahead of your client. A carefully
created, fluent and convincing story line consists of beginning, middle and end.Moreover,you
should have an introduction, plan of actions and expected outcomes.
4. Visuals; It comes a time when words fail in communication. In such a case, a picture can
provide a foundation for discussion. When appropriate, one should consider using a graphical
representation to jump-start a conversation.
5. Conciseness; you should ensure that you get to the point and make your words count.
Clients/audience are specifically paying good money to get the bottom line.try as much as
possible to express much information in very few words to the audience/clients.
6. Relate; maintain a very humble and good relationship with your audience/client. Don’t under
estimate the power of the words of your clients and in response they will respect your message to
them. Use your own personal experiences, difficulties and successes to strengthen the bridge
between you and your clients/audience. You need to know that communication is as much as
about the needs of others as it is about you adding value of your services.
