I agree with the assertion that within the legal landscape, a student must study business law to
understand marketplace regulation. There are different subjects that student must know in terms
of state regulation, agreements, collective action, as well as individual business rights. Also, I
concur with the statement that work laws are formulated based on the common law, state
statutes, federal laws, as well as social norms. As well, a law student must study courses
revolving around labor law. As you have outlined, labor laws include employment law, labor
law, employment discrimination as well as tax-adjusted worker advantages law (Drummonds,
2016). Also, I agree employment law is given major thought as it examines the agreements
between employer and employees. Labor law is essential as it explores labor unions and
employees. The employment discrimination law course helps in studying the law that helps in
ensuring that there equal opportunities and fair treatment of employees in the marketplace. The
last law focuses on the employees’ benefits law. The post is informative and well explained.

Although the government must ensure that there is a free market, it must as well put in measures
in marketplaces to ensure that workers are protected. Discrimination in the workplace has
enormous adverse effects on the economy and could lead to the fall of business as well as
imbalances in the marketplaces (Degener, 2016). Therefore, I agree with the assertion that the
government must put regulations and rules that prohibits or decrease discrimination of
employees. Employees’ discriminations result in high turnover rate causing delays in
organization growths. As well, it causes conflicts between employees leading to low productivity
within the organizations. Therefore, employees’ discrimination should not be allowed; thus, any
organization that practices such behavior should be fined appropriately. Equal treatment of
employee will ensure that employees are rewarded based on their performance. This increases
morale within the organizations, resulting in higher productivity. Higher productivity in
organizations means that the organizations will do well financially making the economy of the
country to perform well (Degener, 2016).

A tight work market is an employee’s market when it comes to employment positions. Under this
market, employees have higher ground as the companies scramble to fill in positions for skilled
workers. Therefore, I agree with the assertion that employees can ask more. This because their
firms in the marketplace are fighting to fill employees positions; thus, there is a higher demand
for the employees by organizations, but there is less supply of labor resulting to higher
employees payments. Also, it true that the employees’ payment depends on location as in urban
areas is easier to staff than rural areas. In this market, employers hire employees with the
expertise to ensure that the organization have a competitive advantage in the marketplace
(Saunders, 2019). As well, I agree with the position that you can guarantee the convey point by
cleaning particulars and KPIs of an organization to ensure that there is high-quality work from
the employees. This increases the work cost, but also increases organization productivity.

A) I agree with the statement that managers should supervise and take interviews. As well, they
should ensure that the interview questions are tailored in such a way that they incorporate the
organization requirements. As well, researching about the similar job’s roles and responsibility in
the market will help the managers to formulate the interview questions. The objective of
researching is to gain knowledge and perspective on the industry’s standards. Therefore,
preparation for interview questions is essential as the interview itself. This is because the
interview questions set a precedent on how the interview will go. Therefore, good interview
questions help interviewers to test the interviewee knowledge about the position under the
interview (Tovmasyan, 2017).
B) Technology can play an important during the job interview process. Therefore, I agree with
an assertion that technology can be used to teach prospective candidates as well as filter job
applicants in the initial stages of the interview. Technology can play an essential role in ensuring
that the right person is hired for the job (Tovmasyan, 2017).

I agree with the statement that evaluating strategic training help employers to come with ways
