Question I
The U.S. constitution is crucial for the provision of liberty to the citizens throughout the
land. Through the codification of the law that every section of the society is equally represented
(Chambers, 1972). The proliferation of planning is also enhanced through the attribute of the
constitution. The provision of a framework under which democracy is deployed is what enhances
all the factors addressed above.
The constitution protects individual rights. Individual rights are observed by the
fundamental principles that are provided by the constitution. The attribute of putting the
governmental powers in the people’s hands enhances the provision of services to the citizens
(Breyer, 2002). The creation of a system that conducts checks and balances is an attribute that
ensures that the government does not misuse its powers. The citizens’ gain when they are well
represented as a result of the checks and balances.
The constitution stipulates the disposition of people to live the way they choose to live.
The inculcation of freedom is a critical inclination that the constitution accords the citizens. The
definition of living in any part of the country promotes the living standards of the society. The
U.S. is defined by the measure of being productive as a result of the constitution that avails
democracy. Through equity and sharing of national recourses equitably, society is normed to
grow wantonly. This is the objective o the constitution towards providing for the citizens and
improving the living conditions.
The attribute of making every branch of the government the same promotes equity within
the land (Grimm, 2005). No government arm should have excess powers over the other; the
