Introduction
Across England, each citizen- whether a foreigner or a citizen by birth is entitled to
free public health universally offered by the NHS (National Health Service) that entails
mental health care, physician, and hospital. The NHS acquires funds through general
taxation. The role of the NHS in England is overseeing and allocating funds among 192
CCGs (Clinical Commissioning Groups), which in turn regulate and clear bills for care
delivery and the primary level of health care. Besides, more than 10 percent of England's
population is at the first line carrying out voluntary supplemental insurance in efforts to
attract easy access to elective care. On the other hand, health care in the United States is

This makes the health system more effective than any other sector (Alderwick et al., 2018).
The fundamental reason health care dominates across England is that health insurance does
not control payment terms as in the USA. In addition, if the United States adopts the mode of
health care control employed by England's health care system, the regulations are carried out
