It is no secret that there is major progress when it comes to what the American Indians
are doing in terms of Nation building. According to Nickle, the reorganization act enabled them
to put their finances together in the tribal treasuries and this has enabled them to purchase their
lands, students have been able to secure loans so that they can be able to get good education and
be in a position to improve their livelihood. As compared to what was happening before when
they only operated within a set of laws that are in a position to govern the conduct of the
businesses meetings and this made them to participate less and be able to make profitable use of
the available resources and one consequence of this is the fact that the number of bad loans were
quite high. The reorganization act has made it possible for the tribal governments to have major
power. This helped to govern the conduct of the governments and the powers are governed by
the conduct and the law and order. They also help in managing the resources while governing
their elections and the provision of their aid. This brought about pride on the part of the Indians
because they were able to get sufficient resources that would make them prosper.
According to Deloria, both loyalty and trust can also not be coerced in the sense of
ensuring that the Indians took part in the military operations. This will give the Native
Americans pride. It is also important to note that the progress with Indians progress have been
quite slow and discouraging many times. They have tried to ensure that their contribution is of
great importance in the sense that they can make great contact and the outside world which
cannot be able to get the contacts with the world outside when they have great contact with the
