Organizational Structure
Organizational culture comprises of the values, perspectives, attitude of an organization,
and also the philosophies that influence member conduct and are conveyed in member self-
image, internal intricacies, external interactions, and future aspirations. Culture is premised on
shared perceptions, beliefs, mores, and written and unwritten regulations created over time and
deemed legitimate. The four main elements of organizational culture include purpose, ownership,
community, and effective communication. The primary role of the leadership team in the
creation of the literature is pushing the mission, values, community, and procedures of the
company (Cameron et al., 2014). Leadership impacts the worker's credibility and whether they
see errors as learning incentives or shortcomings that harm the worker's self-worth. Leadership
fosters the framework of culture to motivate workers to fulfill the mission of the firm and to
realize how essential each of their contributions is to accomplish specific objectives.
According to the competing values framework, the organization is applying the internal
processes model, which focuses on control on domestic. As a result, the model emphasizes the
effective management of information, communication, and constancy. The leadership team also
addresses the importance of goals and sets milestones, which are evaluated for productivity,
which makes the approach very useful (Burghardt & Tolliver, 2009). Notably, being effective
refers to a situation where the organization can achieve the intended purpose as set by the leaders
and the industry expectation. The organization demonstrates strength in the third and fourth
quadrants and significant challenges in the first and second quadrants.
I haven’t had a similar experience; however, the leadership quality and the solution-based
decision making demonstrated by the firm are essential in my line of work. The rational
