The service chosen is aromatherapy massage and the tool selected is surveys. The Survey
tool will be used to study needs and expectations of the customers receiving the aromatherapy
massage service. The tool requires that a questionnaire is developed. Some of the questions to be
included in the questionnaire include the following;
1. How well does the aromatherapy massage work for you?
2. How often do you have the massage?
3. Are there any improvements you would like done on the service? If yes, specify.
4. For how long have you been receiving the service?
5. What were your reasons for beginning the massage?
6. Is the price of the service favorable?
7. Would you refer other people to the service?
The measures to put into place when doing this survey will involve doing a walk into the
site where the aromatherapy is done. First of all, an agreement has to be reached with the people
offering the service. The customers also require to give their consent and be willing to participate
in the survey. After the permission and approval are granted, then the sample is designed. The
sample for this survey will be customers that receive the service at this place. The sample will
include at least ten customers of the service. After this, the questionnaire is developed and tested
to see how efficient, it will be and whether it is applicable. The testing is to be done with people
who are not necessarily aromatherapy massage customers.
What follows next is the production of the questionnaire. Some questionnaires will be
printed, and others will be maintained in soft copy in case some of the customers might want that
they are sent to them through email. The next step will be the preparation of the mailing
