Fitbit Call Center Case
Introduction
Fitbit is a company dating back to around 2007. Because the client care staff is
contracted and has a chat option, complaints increase. As the number of negative reviews
grows, sales have begun to drop. Bringing customer support back was one of the proposals
for increasing sales and retaining existing consumers. This necessitates the construction of a
$2.000.000 call center, which will house Sixty chat, call, and email workers. As the financial
advisor, I am responsible for reviewing the financial system plan for this initiative, as well as
the economic risk involved with it, and analyzing the budget to determine whether the
business will approve or refuse the proposal. Fitbit's organizational culture, from
manufacturing to customer support, will be the subject of my advice. I'll also investigate all
the financial risks that this enterprise entails. I'll examine the financial figures supplied for
planning and investment strategies, and then I'll make a recommendation on whether the
project should be approved or denied, along with thorough explanations.
Fitbit Organizational Structure

which includes Director and CEO James Park as well as 5 other Directors, are indeed the

President and Legal Counsel in the Legal Department, Executive Vice President of
Operations, Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy, Senior Vice
