Primary stakeholders

From the initial assessment, the Vila Health organization is an entity that requires the

assistance of the electronic health record systems. The implementation of this system is set to

improve the overall level of operations and efficiency as far as patient information

management is concerned. Also, the system will improve the level of connection which the

organization exhibits to the relevant stakeholders. Implementing the system will enhance the

efficiency of the agency in the delivery of care services to esteemed consumers. This section

outlines the role played by the recommendations and the perceived benefits which will be

accrued in the long run (Boonstra, Versluis & Vos, 2014).

The primary stakeholders who will be affected by the implementation of the

recommendations include the financial director, the CEO, the chief nursing officer, the nurses

and the community from an external dimension. The first four groups of stakeholders are

internal. For instance, these parties are engaged in the day to day operations of the firm as far

as the delivery of care services is concerned. Therefore, the implementation of the system

will impact the processes which are carried out by the entity on the day to day basis through

these stakeholders. From an external dimension, the community which represents the patients

will benefit from an improved care delivery process.

The process used in making recommendations

The primary recommendation which this section concludes is that the origination will

need to implement an information system to overcome the problems witnessed over the years

in this case the determination of the ultimate recommendation came from the evaluation of
