The introduction is a bonus for your discussion as it introduces us to the topic and what it
is about. Thus, I like how you introduce the reality of project managers being wanted in some
companies. In addition, good work giving the levels of Project Management Maturity Model and
backing your information well. The examples given are a good indication that you have a good
understanding of how PMMM can be utilized effectively and efficiently in a company. I would
also suggest that instead of citing examples for each level, you can incorporate them into a single
scenario for a company you are familiar with- this is only a suggestion but what you have done
also works.
However, you have not said much about learning theory and the idea of experience
curves and role of repetition in learning and changing behavior to be able to predict and
eventually manage delays (Reference for Business, 2012). I would suggest that you consider
adding a bit of information on the same. You could also comment on the amount of time saved
and also the cost of reworking and less wastage, for example, as advantages embedded in
benchmarking.
Generally, this writing provides valuable insights into the necessary steps needed to
improve an organization’s performance as well as the advancement of maturity.
