The organizational culture of my organization is a culture of diversity, belonging, and
inclusivity. The unique aspects of the organizational culture combine openness,
collaboration, and communication among stakeholders to promote servant leadership,
where employees are given preference in a relationship-driven approach. The
organizational culture is reflected internally and makes the organization unique within its
industry of operation. The organizational culture also promotes interaction with the
organization’s customers, as reflected in the HR development programs.
The servant leadership aspect of the organizational culture means that the company
emphasizes the behavioral manifestation of its organizational culture among the top
leadership. Thus, the company promotes support for its junior staff to promote their
professional growth and development. It thus gives preference to employee welfare.
Thus, the company cares for its employees to optimize their morale and enhance
customer satisfaction. This relationship-driven approach promotes a warm and cordial
relationship between the company and its stakeholders.
The communication and collaboration aspect of the organizational culture
encourages collaboration between various sections and departments of the organization
through effective communication channels. The collaborations create efficiency in order
fulfillment to achieve quality service delivery, positive customer experience, and low-cost
operation. The openness aspect of the organizational culture creates an atmosphere of

trust and honesty to inculcate innovation and creativity among employees to promote
product development and service provision. The diversity and inclusivity aspect of the
organizational culture prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation,
nationality, age, or religion. Thus, the company promotes information sharing to create a
positive rapport with its employees and make the customers feel welcome at all times.

Question 1
My company’s organizational culture is conducive to change because it is subjected
to review and improvement to incorporate the diverse ideas and opinions of the
company’s stakeholders. Therefore, it creates opportunities for middle-level managers to
implement changes by promoting a culture of innovation and creativity within the
openness aspect. Besides, the employees are always encouraged to be creative and
identify methods of improving the organizations' procedures and processes through its
HR development programs (Bolman & Deal, 1991).
Question 2
The role of the organization’s leader in its culture is to create a conducive
environment for all stakeholders of the organization to actively participate in the
realization of the organizational culture. The leader is very instrumental in implementing
and promoting the positive organizational cultures while at the same time condemning all
the negative behaviors that may adversely affect the company’s organizational culture.
