I am writing to appreciate your continued support on the improvement of the organization's
services and the enhancement of the entity’s performance. Being one of our esteemed
employees, we value your dedication to the success of our company. We are aware of your
incredible expertise and experience in the delivery of high-quality services. However, recently, it
has been brought to our attention that you failed to follow the instructions by creating a pre-order
page for our new product before the stipulated time. Such an action has posed detrimental
impacts to our customers since they will not get the ordered products at the expected duration.
Our loyalty has been put to jeopardy since customers have lost trust in our promises. I have
received several emails from clients demanding the delivery of the products, and yet the
production of the products is incomplete. We are straining to give in-depth explanations to the
customers to make them aware that we will not be at a position of honoring their demands of the
placed orders. The company has been forced to cancel pre-orders and inform the customers that
the placement of the orders will be done after some time.
Kindly note that instructions are important, and they should be followed to the letter. Guidelines
are meant for the benefit of the employee, the organization, and all the stakeholders of the
company. Following instructions helps in the achievement of the anticipated objectives and
enhances the productivity of an employee. Failure to follow instructions is a breach of the
company's policies, and it poses detrimental effects to the reputation of the organization.
