Lollipop Inc has a system of management of services that require some professional training
and development to initiate the effectiveness of activities between employees and senior managers.
The current mid-level manager will require some training in various sectors of operations in the
company. As a trainer, I will ensure some mid-level manager have acquired needed skills in various
sectors to ensure there are no skills gaps between the management system and workforce of the
Lollipop Inc.
There is a need for initiating training and development activities in the organization to
ensure there is improved performance among employees. This will results in high productivity for
the Lollipop Company. Employees require a greater understanding of the overall performance to
initiate the required standards. The training programs are needed to raise employee’s morale and
satisfaction based on the investment of the company and the idea process of generating needed
values. The process of training creates some effective opportunities and feeling appreciation among
the workforce, thus improving their engagement (Bournois, Chauchat, & Roussillon, 2017). This
training and development program in Lollipop Inc will help in addressing weaknesses in the
management system of the company. For example, the gap skills between the management team and
employees will be explicitly addressed. As such, the training and development programs are
required to develop consistency of experiences, thus increasing results in financial gains for
Lollipop Inc. Equally important, training and development programs will help in initiating standards
of quality adherence and productivity of the organization.
The analysis of the needs of the company initiates some good measures and adaptation
methods. The Lollipop Company will have required learning resources and experiences to fill gaps
in skills between the management team and employees. The problem of gaps in skills development
in the organization is addressed through the assessment of the individual level of engagement and
advising on new practices during the training method (Larsen, 2017). I will ensure that employees
