Row 0 and 1: Dough Process:
In the first two rows Dough is getting mixed and preparing for the further baking process. The
thickness of the dough is also monitored in this section ad a conveyer belt is used as a roller to
make the thickness of dough.
Row 3 and 7: Cutting, Shaping:
In this section start button is pressed after monitoring and obtaining the required thickness of
the dough to cut the dough in to different shapes like circular or rectangular shape.
Row 4: Cooling Process:
In this section cooling process of a biscuit is monitored to make the biscuit ready for the final
step
Row 8 Flavorings Process:
In this process the cream biscuits are passed for the flavors. And then the required flavor is added
in them.
Row 10:
In this section different biscuits like cream biscuit and without cream biscuits are being packed
separately.
