Transformational Leadership is a general tendency of people to follow the one who
inspires them. Transformation Leaders have vision and passion that helps them to achieve great
things. The difference between them and others is that they have a vision that excites many
people around and urges them to follow the leader. Enthusiasm and energy are the main forces
that compel the people to work even harder for their task and this is what the transformational
leaders do. Transformation Leaders have a vision and it is necessary for the leader to
passionately distribute that vision as convincing might be difficult but he must work constantly
will full enthusiasm and energy and results will follow. Due to their attitudes, Transformational
leaders are visible and stand apart. They constantly keep motivating the troops and create an
atmosphere full of enthusiasm and energy so that anyone around feels motivated to work.
Authentic Leadership are the leaders with high integrity and sense of purpose and are
willing to live by the values they have. They work and act on what real and true both in
themselves, their team and the organization they are working for. The highly important fact about
Authentic Leaders is that they work more for the team than themselves. The growth and
development of the team is more important to him than his success and development. An
authentic leader never compromises will the values they have even if it ends in leaving the
organization for him. The beliefs and values they have motivates and inspires other to follow.
They respect the position of a leader and thus never compromise with the values of a leader.
My uncle Gary Smith has been instrumental in the success of the auto parts company he
joined four years back. Since then he never looked, he inspired changes in the company that
made the companies one of the most successful companies in the field of auto parts.
