1. Prospect information
Undercover Colors Inc. is a company located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We produce SipChip,
a product that can detect drugs and poisons present in drinks. Undercover Colors has thirteen
employees having started in 2014. The company purchasing decision is led by the sales manager,
who determines and approves the strategies employed in the selling process. Besides, the finance
manager is entrusted with approving budgets and ensuring successful business transactions. We
aim to provide customer safety when enjoying the drinks in clubs and parties. Undercover Colors
Inc. is the ultimate solution to your safety.

to test both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks before they consume it. The testing method is
simple as the user has to add a drop of ink into the chip and wait for about 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
The chip will provide one line if the drink was drugged and two lines prove that the drink is safe
for human consumption ("Drink Spiking Tests," n.d.). SipChip, therefore, helps to prevent our
customers from the risk of falling prey to the criminals.
3. Sales call objective
The company sales personnel ensure that our customers can promptly access the product. We
produce the product in bulk and ensure a steady supply. We educate the customers on essential
steps to follow when testing the drink to avoid complexity. We have provided information on the
company website to ensure the customers understand how to use the chip. Besides, we provide a
