The first video is on anxiety disorder. The patient identified herself in the 10.38 minutes whereby
after the friend underwent through anxiety, they then identified a model that helped them cope
with the anxiety disorder. Some of the interventions to their condition ensured that she completed
her tasks in time and forgave herself for the wrong things she had done. Her bad deeds gave her
wings and the courage to try new things and do things having other people in mind, like
volunteering.

The second video was on hearing voiced in one’s head disorder. After the patient experienced the
disorder and struggled with it, she identified herself and accepted her state. Such is seen in 5.52
minutes of the video. At her breakthrough point, she felt like someone had died and someone new
had been born in the process. She was empowered to save herself, and all the bad advice others
had given her to overcome the voices made her learn to interpret the voices in her head. By this,
she knew what a certain voice meant. She listened to the voices in her head and interpreted them
in the right way without inflicting harm to both herself and others.

The third video was on OCD. The lady had struggled with the OCD disorder and was affected a
lot by it. She could not share it with anyone because, to her, that was normal. In 4.58 minutes, she
identified herself and realized that it was not something normal. That is when she learnt to control
herself, not to harm herself. To this date, she still faces the same disorder, but she has learnt to
control it.
The importance of identifying oneself.
