MY CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN
Philosophical Statement
To carry on with life gainfully and definitively, I need my student to have a profound
feeling of qualities in the 21st century. They are largely outfitted with the fundamental
knowledge, skills, attitudes and values (KSAV's) for them to confront the difficulties to the
progressions of time. I need them to have the option to track down ways of staying solid in
spite of the weaknesses of life.
As a facilitator of learning, I need to make my students effectively occupied with the
educating learning interaction, and feel the inviting, agreeable and amicable environment in
the class. The feeling of belongingness and significance of my students is inspired and
elevated. Their learning climate should be favorable to urge students to take off high to
advance. I need them to find their possibilities and I will assist them with sustaining them and
utilize that to work on themselves. My classroom should be an empowering factor for
students to develop and create.
Rules and Procedure
I accept that the classroom ought to be cordial where everybody regards each other
in the highest level of feeling of genuineness. I need to have decides in the class that
everybody regards each other in the greatest amount of feeling of truthfulness. I need to have
decides in the class that everybody ought to be directed of and follow. This will be the contract
of the students and I make, which after will be presented on the wall on use as a token of how
we as a whole consented to act in our classroom. I will request thoughts from the students
on the best way to proceed with them which includes their cooperation in our school
exercises. The democratic style in establishing rules and procedures is very helpful of instilling
to the learners the responsibility and leadership.
Classroom rules and procedure, every teachers wants to keep her students safe and
teach them what is and is not an appropriate behavior in class. Classroom rules are set to
teach student a proper and safe way to act within the classroom and thus, improving the
student learning. Every minute in school is important. If the students have no rules to follow,
everything will be in a chaotic situation. This could possibly lead to student hurting each other
physically and, or mentally. Along with that, student will not learn how to act properly in
society when they grow up. Another important thing is that the student’s disruptive behaviors
will hinder another student’s learning opportunity. It is important that the student follow
these rules, the reasons for that is because it will create an effective classroom as the student
spent their time in school.

Classroom Arrangement
The set-up of my classroom bigly affects my student learning. In my classroom,
students are hit with dynamic tones on the walls, regular lighting from the windows and an
intriguing sensation. They have a solid sense of security and welcome meandering to their
seats in a circle tables and consider their classmate to be they face one another. They will look
from one wall to another checking out numbers, letters in order, and classroom work all
portrayed in brilliant banners around the room. There is additionally a portfolio area where
the students can display their works. This ideal classroom is a positive place where a student
can come to work toward specific goals set before them in the class objectives. As a teacher
on the 21
st
century I need to be positive, organized, outgoing, confident, and compassionate.
Positive classroom behavior has a positive effect on having positive classroom communities.
I setting arrangement, I will use stadium arrangement it is a variation of the classic
row configuration and runway, desks are grouped in clusters but all facing the same direction.
Like runway, this layout is best suited teacher-centric classes.
Misbehavior Interventions
If misbehavior encounter, first thing that I need to do is to identify the cause of the
misbehavior. Isolate the cause of the misbehavior and make changes or remove the cause.
Secondly, remind students about class rules. It is possible that a verbal reminder of the
classroom rules and consequences will be all that is necessary to stop student misbehavior.
When students know that consequences of misbehavior are in fact delivered, reminders of
rules can help them get back on task because they do not want the consequences. Third, give
students choice. Giving choices allows some students to feel they have settled the problem
without appearing to back down. The choices you provide should lead to resolution of the
problem. Fourth, address the behavior, not the character of the student. The teacher has the
power to build or destroy student self-concept and personal relationships. Good
communication addresses the situation directly, letting the student decide whether their
behavior is consistent with what they expect of themselves. Fifth, prevent escalation.
Students who are displaying hostile or aggressive behavior should be given time to 'cool off'
before an attempt is made to resolve the situation. Lastly, give the student time to calm down,
talking (and listening) with the student privately, and rationally discussing the problem
behavior enhances the possibility of a constructive resolution. Confrontation with an
unwilling, hostile or aggressive student could lead to the escalation of an issue. If the problem
cannot solve inside the classroom, it is the time to call the attention of the parents and talked
together with the principal, guidance counselor, students involve and adviser.
Classroom Safety
In a classroom, wellbeing should be reliably seen in actual courses of action of
furniture, hardware in the lead of class and school exercises. Security measures on the

utilization of electrical gear and educational materials ought to be spread the word about for
the students. Cupboards and hanging furniture ought to be very much positioned. There is a
need of my students just as the teacher to take an interest to peril drills in school with the
goal that everybody knows what to do during undesirable conditions. I need to have a
classroom that is protected as far as actual traits as well as friendly and passionate like
wellbeing from harassing and abuse. Even though we have constant practice in different
natural calamity, I need to be responsible for getting them, class out of the building in the
event of an emergency, I always teach my students to be accountable by knowing what to do
in the event of a natural disaster or an emergency. Have the fire exit route posted on a map
in the room and review it with your students regularly.
Student Celebration
Students’ milestone is deserving of celebration. Students who manifest critical
improvement in their exhibitions and conduct should be perceived and be given extraordinary
notice through commendations, affirmation and empowering motions. Honor students for a
quarter or school year and winners of contests should be recognized through awards in a
school assembly and during flag ceremony.
It is important to create recognition programs that honor all types of students,
especially those who might not normally receive acknowledgment for their efforts. Creating
a recognition program to honor students for any number of academic achievements is easy
when you have buy in from the school. Recognition programs are designed to award all types
of students (e.g., honor students, student leaders, most-improved students, those who have
contributed greatly to the school). The most important element is to create a program that
that will allow the students nominated to receive that important moment of recognition and
to fully realize the value of their accomplishments.

MY REFLECTION ON CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
Teaching is not controlling, but rather working with the students to learn, grow, and
succeed together. By having strong student-teacher relationships with students, the
classroom will be a place for each member to express their feelings and work together.
Academic success depends on these close relationships and guidance that teachers and
students have with one another.
Classroom management aims at establishing student self-control through a process of
promoting positive student achievement and behavior. Thus, academic achievement, teacher
efficacy, and teacher and student behavior are directly linked with the concept of classroom
management.
Educators have always rated discipline as one of the most serious obstacles to
promoting effective teaching. Proper Classroom management leads to class control and
conducive teaching learning environment.
Classroom management is an important component in any educational setting. This is
because meaningful learning takes place when students are in safe environment (Kauffman
et al., 2006). In making this classroom management plan, the main goal is to have the right
environment for all learners. It is imperative that teachers create a classroom management
plan that assists in providing students with proper guidance related to behavior and
classroom expectations. Students have the obligation in the classroom to perform in an
appropriate and acceptable manner. Guidelines provides pupils with the skills necessary to
operate the classroom at an optimal level on a day to day basis. A classroom management
plan should be established to encourage positive student behavior in the classroom.
In conclusion, classroom management is beneficial to the success of the students.
What they learn and how much they learn lies in the balance, if effective classroom
management is not in effect. Making sure that you state rules clearly and going through
procedures daily helps minimize disruptions and chaos. Setting rewards system that focus on
both effort and success encourages students to follow rules and promotes self-regulation, to
help them to make better choices and be more productive. I’m looking forward to use my
classroom management plan to my students when the face to face classes will return and
continue to improve this plan as I integrate other methods and teaching strategies into my
practice.
