We must try to understand their cultural norms and expectations, because we
have different languages spoken in a workplace, avoid stereotyping like
assuming the trait or behavior of an individual base on the rumors or what they
see on the social media, we have different ways of behaving some things can be
considered rude to others because of their culture while in other culture it is not,
and avoid showing too much emotion or too little emotion, showing much
emotion might see you as an annoying or cheerful type of person depends on
other perspective same with showing little emotion might see you as
unapproachable or snob type, just show moderate base on the working
environment.
2. Discuss the benefits of effective communication in the workplace. (10

Communicating with others reduces misunderstanding and solves conflict
between workmates easily which improves the working relationship within the
company that leads to healthy workplace culture and non threatening
environment that needed for the employees security, better work performance
and opportunity to stand out, so when this conditions met employees improve
their tram spirit or desire to work for the company which increase their self
esteem and stronger teamwork with clear direction towards the company goal, by
accomplishing company goals and taking care of its employees leads to high
employee job satisfaction that results to business success.
3. Factors to be considered in managing diversity in the workplace. (10
points)
Prioritize communication that organizations effectively communicate with
employees policies, procedures, safety rules and other important information
should be designed to overcome language and cultural barriers by translating
materials and using pictures and symbols whenever applicable. We should treat
each other as an individual by avoiding making assumptions about employee’s
base from their different culture backgrounds. Encourage employees to work in
diver4se groups, diverse work teams let employees get to know and value one
another on an individual basis and can help break down preconceived notions
and cultural misunderstandings. Base standards on objective criteria, Set one
standard of rules for all groups of employees regardless of background. Ensure
that all employment actions, including discipline, follow this standardized criteria
to make sure each employee is treated the same. Be open minded, Recognize,
