in order to solve it, and make the product or process operational again. Troubleshooting is
needed to identify the symptoms.

resolving problems, errors and bugs in software. It is a systematic process that aims to filter
out and resolve problems, and restore the software to normal operation. It is a subcategory of
IT Hardware troubleshooting is the process of reviewing, diagnosing and identifying
operational or technical problems within a hardware device or equipment. It aims to resolve
physical and/or logical problems and issues within a computing hardware.

operational or technical problems within a hardware device or equipment. It aims to resolve
physical and/or logical problems and issues within a computing hardware.
The photo shown below a Toshiba Laptop Model L-500 has an issue of no longer function
when the power button is pressed it will only blink for a moment but does not proceed on
windows there are 4 possible reasons behind so, I will troubleshoot and explain it on simple
way of my own understanding.
