CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA BITES

INGREDIENTS:
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
2 Tablespoons Swerve
4 Ounces Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
2 Ounces Cocoa Butter
DIRECTIONS:
1. To begin, melt your cocoa butter in a small skillet put over a pot of simmering water. Place the
cocoa powder in the saucepan and bring it to a boil.
2. Combine all of the ingredients with the swerve until everything is well-combined.
3. One more time, include your macadamia nuts. After adding the cream and stirring well, bring the
pot back to a boil.
4. To harden the molds, pour the mixture into them and leave them in the refrigerator for at least 30
minutes.
