Business Overview
Inspired by coffee lovers, Coffey Mini Cake was created to fulfill the cravings of customers
with its unique concept. Since most of us are coffee drinkers, we decided to make coffee the main
flavor of our product. With the result of our collaboration and creative mind, we ended up with
Coffelly Mini Cake, a combination of jelly and cake with a twist of coffee.
Considering people, they always sought affordable products. Hence, we used Marie Time
biscuits and jelly powder which are cheap ingredients. Nevertheless, we made the money paid by
our customers worth it. Aside from this, people are fond of sweets that is why we come to think of
a cake with jelly as our product. The base cake is made from Marie Time biscuit and crushed
graham coated with cream and milk. And to match with today’s summer season, Coffey Mini Cake
is served chilled.
Coffee plus jelly is Coffey and we came up with the name Coffelly Mini Cake. Our product
is served in a cup for convenient distribution.

Overall Market Description (Customer)
Coffinesse’s target customers are people ranging from the age of 5 years old and above, aside
from this there is no gender, income, and any other kind of limitation existing. Coffee Mini Cake
is for those people who want something sweet, creamy, and tasty to eat. It is expected to give them
satisfaction in terms of dessert food items.
Competitors
Our competitors will be companies who also prproduceessert such as Nestle, Selecta, and
Magnolia Company. Aside from the stated companies, we will also expect to compete with the
homemade makers of dessert.
Market Location/Vicinity
The market location is in Cauayan City National High School that is located at Barangay
Turayong, Cauayan City, Isabela. With the help of Google Map, you can easily find Cauayan City
National High School. Inside of it is Coffinesse Company’s stall specifically in the vicinity of
Senior High School.

Operational Plan
Market Product Feature
Coffee Mini Cake is a unique dessert consisting of coffee-flavored gelatin. It is the new version of
Coffee Jelly, though somewhat different because it has a mini cake on the base which gives sweet
cream to light the coffee-flavored gelatin. The gelatin of Coffee Jelly was originally cut into cubes
but the product of Coffinesse Company is somewhat shaped by the cup as the next layer. We also
topped it with crash graham to make it more presentable. It is more affordable than the other
product where only restaurants demand it for the customer.

Market Promotion Strategies
We will use Media in promoting our product since this is the easy way to introduce Coffelly
Mini Cake in the market. The company will not just use social media such as Facebook, Instagram,
and the like but also utilize banners, posters, and other print media to reach potential customers
out there. Creating our very own website can also help customers if they have questions and
inquiries about our product. With this, it is accessible to many people.

An Action plan
The company’s success is based on achieving the sales target annually. If the proposed
targets are not met, investigations will be implemented to detect if there are problems. However,
if the low performance of the company prevails, we will proceed in our PLAN B which is to
produce another prodthathich is flavored by coffee and make the most out of it. Then, aid the lapses
in our first product to suit the customer’s demand in many ways and sell it at a very affordable
price. Our plans will proceed but with a different product, so instead of having the Coffee Jelly we
will sell and achieve every business dream, to be known not just locally but internationally.

Executive Summary
Coffinesse Company introduces Coffelly Mini Cake in the market. It is a dessert, a combination
of cake and jelly with a touch of coffee. It suits a variety of customers at a very affordable price.
Kids and even adults can enjoy Coffelly Mini Cake with its sweetness that will surely make your
day complete and with its creamy taste that complements the bitterness of the coffee-flavored
gelatin. You can enjoy our product for a price of ₱10 each, affordable yet delicious your money is
surely worth it.
For our product to be known, we will use Social Media because it has the voice and power
to encourage everyone to buy our product. We will also be planning to create our website for our
customers to visit and share their suggestions for our product’s improvement. If ever that certain
problems may occur, we will proceed to our PLAN B.
Our assumed competitors are the companies who also produce reproduce nestle, selecta,
and magnolia companies. Aside from that, we will be also expecting homemade makers of dessert
as our competitor.
