FEEDBACK 4 2
The Juvenile Correctional Facilities problems identified in this paper is lack of education,
which is majorly attributed to the increase of delinquency behavior. Also, the writer notes that
incarcerated children are not able to access training for weeks after being detained. The proposed
intervention for this problem in correctional facilities is needed to have adequate learning
facilities in the community and also in the incarceration centers. Although I agree with you to
some extent, you do not provide enough evidence to support you claim that the reason for
delinquency in children is lack of education in the community. The intervention proposed of
having learning facilities in the incarceration facilities is essential, but there is a need to identify
the cause of the problem that had led many juveniles to be jailed (Greenwood, 2008). Besides,
the identified disability (ADHD) that is among the detained kids needs to be investigated and
more evidence provided to have an effective intervention program.
Strengths of diverse teams in program evaluation
Diverse teams help to have clear objectives that are required for strategic planning, policy
development, and also sectoral goals. Also, diverse teams are essential because they help one
come up with effective strategies for program design and performance.
