Executive summary
This study tests the principal methodology of the decision-making process in
organizational management and leadership activities (Abrahamsson et al. 2017). The purpose
is centered and focused on the most appropriate method of understanding the decision-making
process in leadership among leaders and managers. This approach focuses on gaining a deep
understanding of issues affecting success, effectiveness, and clarity among organizational
management and leadership in entrepreneurship. Company leaders and managers from some
organizations who took part in this study recognized how they learned about their leadership
knowledge and skills (Colquitt et al. 2011). The results from this study recommend that leaders
in organizations should permit skilled assistants or teams to play a part, especially when their
contribution is likely to improve the quality of decisions made by everyone in the organization.
Background study.
In the management and leadership of organizations, decision making has become one
of the challenging, dynamic, and particular areas of leadership research (Zimmerman, &
Yahya-Zadeh, 2011). Organizational leadership functions (OLFs) are essential, challenging,
delicate, and complicated. Usually, things like the position of authority and personal styles, are
confused with leadership. Leadership must be strategic, inclusive, planned, objective, and
influential instead of being about power, an individual's formal position, authority, charisma,
and inspiration (Alqudah & Razali, 2017). It must also be concentrated on the achievement of
objectives, fulfillment of mission and vision, success, team development, and profit-making.
This study focuses on understanding the appropriate approach to decision making in
leadership among managers, leaders, and subordinates of organizations concerning success and
achievement of objectives (Chiu, Liang, & Turban, 2014). Leaders should realize that an
