Essentially, it is the best interest of the patients that the healthcare organization
applies the evidence-based strategies in their day-to-day activities. The modern healthcare
environment revolves about the three most important things. At the center of the healthcare
provision, there is a quality improvement, which is always the objective of implementing
every strategy. It is also essential to consider the safety of every healthcare service provided
by the organization. The other most important thing is the efficiency in the provision of the
necessary functions. However, this cannot be successful without using the professional
guidelines that are already at the center of healthcare service provision the modern-day. It is
also essential to document the necessary strategies and initiatives that will be useful even in
the realization of the overall goal of the organization.
Evidence-based strategies can be necessary to consider the evidence-based strategies
for addressing specific issues within the organization. For instance, whenever there is an
issue with quality improvement, the management needs to consider going back to the
documented strategies on how the organization can consider the quality of any program.
There is also the need to address the challenges through training the staff (Powell et al.,
2015). the training is done through acquiring the necessary professional materials and peer
researches that are necessary for working out the health care issues. The evidence bases
strategies work well since they are already tested and proved to have worked for a similar
organization. This is in line with the assessment 1, where even in declination in the amount of
the client, there is still stability in terms of the profit.
The multinational Mayo clinic was able to incorporate research and clinical practice
in the delivery of the necessary services. Necessarily, the mayo clinic could not be able to
improve the patient's assistance. In some cases, there can be some cases of inconsistencies in
terms of service delivery in the different organizations, but on the other hand, adopting the
best strategy among the three is essential in realizing the best fit for the organization
