foods and beverages normally consumed over a consecutive three day period. The
three day period should include two (2) week days and one (1) weekend day, for
example, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or

recorded. After the three days of recording, you will be ready to analyze your

Be sure to save all of your data analyses, as you will
need to include this information in your report.
Once you have compiled all analysis reports, you will be
prepared to make your comparative/contrast analysis of your diet utilizing the
data you collected from the first analysis you submitted last February. You will discuss what you learned about your
diet in comparison to the first analysis report and discuss how your diet
compares to the recommended guidelines.
Write a three (3) page paper of your comparative diet analyses. Include only your three day Nutrients Report (individual
days) consumption sheet(s) . Your paper
should be typed, double space, using 12 font with one inch margins on all
sides. The report should be submitted as
ONE DOCUMENT INCLUSIVE.
